Lietuvos kultūros taryba paskyrė finansavimą Tolygios kultūrinės raidos programai. Antrajame etape, Šiaulių apskrityje finansuoti 13 kultūros ir meno projektų. Prioriteto „Kūrybinės iniciatyvos“ įgyvendinimui finansuoti 2 Pakruojo kultūros centro projektai:
*Jaunimo festivalis „Ošiam“ (8331 eur.)
*„Akmens dialogai 2“ (12 000 eur.)
Bendra finansuota suma: 20331 eur.
30 proc. projektų įgyvendinimui skirs Pakruojo rajono savivaldybė.
